I started training with Ahmed Jamal back in November 2019 as both my kids were old enough and I was determined to get my post pregnancy weight off. I started training and in few months reached my first step of getting to my pre pregnancy weight by Jan 2020 but losing weight wasn’t enough for me, I wanted to be toned also. Unfortunately Covid hit and the gym had to be shut down. During that time, we decided to pursue with food and started JNS Hot n Spicy food truck. We started to have issues with our truck and decided to shut down our food business while we looked for another truck to operate in but with COVID it didn’t happen that fast.
Since I had some down time, I really wanted to start my training again. This time round Ahmed made me work very hard on my lower back (due to back pain issues), strength training ( to sustain the long hours at food business) and core strengthening for overall stamina. I was working out 4-5 days a week and after 3 months of dedication with proper meal plan, I’m much stronger than I have been before. For the first time in my life I can see 4 packs on my stomach, and I am very excited to get a full set of 6 pack abs. I am thankful to the entire team at JNS who are always helping and motivating me.
